Paul you inspired me with how “often”, it’s a little word with a BIG impact.

This is a great reflection point. Do I say “I love you” often enough to my loved ones? Do I pray and talk to God often? Do I listen more often and speak less? Do I show gratitude often enough? I’m taking a pause to think 🤔 about how OFTEN I do these things.

Thank Krista. Great input and comments. I am also challenged and need to reflect more on my often. Thank you for liking and commenting. Glad to connect.

It's good to contemplate this regularly (I almost said often, LOL.) I think we might be surprised. I know I am. Thanks for prompting us to think about what we do and/or are known for.

I agree that giving thanksgiving throughout the day can brighten and revive our spirits. Look for little things. Count the gifts.

I pray that my ‘often’ would be stealing away seconds and minutes and hours of my day to set my mind on him. I pray the seconds add up! I find that having a little breath prayer helps, and I like ‘My God, My All.’ And I have set a timer on my phone to recite, and some days personalize, The Lord’s Prayer. Thank you for this Paul. I just happened upon your page, and selected at random a post. It was perfect for my day. And now you have a new subscriber. God is so good! Blessings to you!

My “often” that I started this year is to recite the Morning and Evening prayer in the Catholic liturgy of the hours, which is a combination of Psalms, scripture readings and intercessory prayers. It opens and closes my day!
